Most common issues

That usually means the app is not installed yet, the browser did not hand off automatically, or the device has not fully associated the link with the app. The web page exists on purpose so the invite does not fail silently.
An invite may no longer be usable if it has already been accepted, expired, or been replaced by a newer link. In that case, the sender should create and send a fresh invite.
Yes. Shared-memory flows are tied to a real account state. A link can open the flow, but the app may still ask the recipient to sign in before the invite is fully accepted.
Yes. Momentas supports widgets, so one selected personal or shared memory can stay visible outside the main app view.
Try opening it again from the original message, make sure the app is installed if you expect in-app handoff, and check whether the invite may already be unavailable. If the problem continues, contact support with a screenshot and a short description of what happened.
Rituals are managed from the moment they belong to. Google Drive Backup and Restore are managed from Settings, where backup remains optional and user-controlled.

Sharing & invites
Open the memory that needs to be shared again, create a new invite link, and send that new link instead of reusing an older one.
Open the invite, sign in if asked, then continue through the acceptance screen until the shared memory is added to your account.
Open the memory you want to share, create a fresh invite link, and send that new link to the other person.
Open the invite again. If the page shows unavailable or no longer opens the shared memory, the sender likely needs to create a fresh link.
Back out of the current flow, then open the correct invite link from the original message or ask the sender to send a fresh one.
App & web opening
Use the button on the page to continue into Momentas. If the app is installed and the device recognizes the link, the handoff should move into the app.
Install Momentas first, then reopen the invite so the device has a better chance of handing it into the app.
Widgets, rituals & backup
Open the widget or memory settings, choose a different memory, and save the change so the new one appears on your home screen.
Open the widget settings and clear the selected memory, or choose a different one if you want the widget to stay active.
Open your account or settings area, sign out, then use the sign-in flow again with the account you want to use.
Open the moment connected to the ritual, edit the ritual or reminder settings, and save the change. If a ritual is no longer needed, remove it from that moment.
Make sure you are signed in with the Google account that owns the backup, stay connected to the internet, and allow the restore to finish before changing devices or clearing app data.
