These terms explain the basic rules for using Momentas, including accounts, shared memories, acceptable use, ownership, service changes, and support-related limits.
Set the ground rules for using Momentas in a way that protects both users and the service.
You control the memories and content you choose to create, keep, or share, subject to how the product works.
The service itself, including branding, infrastructure, account protections, and the right to stop misuse.
By using Momentas, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If important changes are made later, the updated version should appear here with a revised effective date.
You remain responsible for the content you create or upload in Momentas, including titles, notes, dates, photos, place details, and music-related links. You should only upload or share content that you have the right to use.
You must not use Momentas to store or share content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or clearly violates the rights of others.
Momentas allows private sharing of a memory through its share flow. Shared memories are not meant to function as a public social feed.
Momentas may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, improved, limited, or removed. The product is allowed to change without guaranteeing that every feature will remain exactly the same forever.
Momentas is provided on an ongoing basis, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Some parts of the service may occasionally fail, behave unexpectedly, or depend on app, browser, device, or network conditions.
Momentas, its branding, site design, app design, code, visual identity, and service structure belong to the relevant rights holder unless clearly stated otherwise.
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and may not always be uninterrupted or error-free.
