Delete your account from the web.

Use the steps below if you want the web delete path. The page stays focused on the actual flow instead of extra explanatory sections.

Step 1

Enter your email

Use the account email tied to the Momentas profile you want to delete.

Momentas keeps the response generic here so the page does not confirm whether an account exists before verification.

Step 2

Confirm the code

Enter the one-time code from your email to unlock the final confirmation step.

If a code expires, request a fresh one and use the newest email only.

Step 3

Confirm deletion

Check the acknowledgment box before the final delete button becomes active.

I understand this permanently deletes my account.

This removes the account and cloud data tied to it. Local-only moments are removed only from a device when deletion is completed in the Momentas app on that device. Local-only moments stored anywhere else are not removed by this step. To delete them, open Momentas on that device and remove them there, or clear that device's app storage.
